Document Management System Rollout

Deployed and operate a document-management system on paperless-ngx, modeling the same role/workflow structure used elsewhere on the platform entirely through its own primitives: Django Groups become roles (Front Desk, Email Correspondence, Call Centre, Registrar), correspondents become companies synced on a schedule from the core shareholder-register database, and custom fields carry status and the receiving agent.

Wrote a configuration script that runs on a cron schedule and applies all of this through the app's own ORM — groups, custom fields, a sharing workflow so new uploads are visible to all four role groups instead of staying private to the uploader, and per-user saved views.
